This is a video on long arm tension, they refer to several machines but not the Bailey, the basics are the same
I know that this is a long video however it encompasses a lot of info, from the properly wound bobbin, to bottom and top tension. If you don't want to watch the whole video fast forward but placing your cursor on the red line at the base of the video and drag to 11 minutes. If you have time watch the whole video as you are taking a coffee break

Any info regarding the type of bobbins for the Bailey.. i'm afraid to try anything else,, I've had not issues and don't want any..do I have to buy them from Bailey only,,i like to have lots to keep thread ready.. thanks.. Barbara
ReplyDeleteBailey does sell bobbins but you can buy them from most sewing shops in your area, Walmart, or online. You need to know that they are a class 15. You may also buy prewounds from bobbincentral.com for an example. Some vendors list prewound in L or M but if you ask for a class15 they usually have them they just don`t advertise them
ReplyDeleteJust a side note Class 15 A - please specify the A as I think that there is also 15 J class
