ReplyDeleteI have to admit this is not a knew concept . I used the same theory when making a cheater Roman blind on a bathroom window. Instead of using the cardboard tubing i used a pvc pipe I ran two ribbons about 6 inches from the edge. When I wanted it up , I would just roll it up and the ribbons I would tie. Great minds think alike
